Refund policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Any item being returned for a reason other than it being damaged or faulty (i.e. buyer’s remorse) we charge a nominal restocking fee of 10% to cover the admin charges associated with packing and shipping the product.
  • Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email customercare@shoptabassum.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • In case of a sizing issue, the item must be sent back unused in it's original packaging only after the confirmation from us about the required size avaliability. We encourage you to look at our Size Chart to avoid costly exchanges as the return shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
