Refund policy

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • In case of a refund, we charge a nominal restocking fee of 10% to cover the admin charges associated with packing and shipping the product. The restocking fee will be calculated on the actual product price, discounts notwithstanding. (Restocking fee will be charged on the actual price in the case of of discounted products as well.) A voucher worth the full order amount can also be provided instead of the refund.
  • Timing: we have a 7-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email customercare@shoptabassum.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • In case of a sizing issue, the item must be sent back unused in it's original packaging only after the confirmation from us about the required size availability. We encourage you to look at our Size Chart to avoid costly exchanges as the return shipment charges will be borne by the customer.
  • If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery - we will be offering an replacement for the damaged product.
    * Tabassum holds the right to offer an exchange or a refund for the damaged product depending upon product availability and shipping conditions.

    International Orders

  • Currently, Tabassum doesn't have an exchange policy for International customers.
  • We do accommodate refunds for international customers. International orders follow the same criteria/ procedure for refund, as local orders.
  • Tabassum is not responsible to cover any duties/ taxes associated with the return of goods for international orders.
  • Tabassum is only accountable for returned outfits once they have been received by our team. If an outfit is lost or misplaced during return transit, Tabassum will not be held accountable.

Eligibility Criteria for a refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: :

  • The user must have a valid proof of purchase or order number.
  • The request for a refund must be made within 7 days once the order is received.
  • The product or service must meet the criteria outlined in our refund policy.
  • Articles are qualified for return/ exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present.
  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Note: Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article.

Tabassum reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately after the revised policy is posted on our website.
