Shipping policy

We ship throughout Pakistan and to most international destinations, except where courier or trade restrictions apply.
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and external factors.
A tracking number will be provided with all shipments so customers can easily track their orders.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We currently offer two delivery options for local shipments:
- Standard Delivery
Orders typically take 6–9 business days to arrive anywhere in Pakistan.
Nationwide shipping is free for orders worth Rs. 5,000 and above.
A shipping fee of Rs. 250 will apply to orders below Rs. 5,000.
- Express Delivery
Orders typically take 2–4 business days to arrive anywhere in Pakistan.
Delivery charges are Rs. 500, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Express delivery orders.

International Shipping

We offer premium international delivery services through our partners DHL, Skynet, and similar providers.
Most international deliveries are completed within 15 business days from dispatch.
Shipping charges depend on the destination country, order volume, and total weight.
The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout and included in the total order amount.

* Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Tabassum is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, adverse weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Refund requests will not be accepted for delayed deliveries. Processing and delivery times may also be longer during high order volume periods such as sales or new product launches.

Note: For orders to be delivered in India, the delivery address should match the address on recipient's Aadhaar card. The recipient will also need to fill a KYC form with the same details.

Order Cancellations

A 5% fee will be deducted from refunds for prepaid orders cancelled more than 24 hours after placement.
Both prepaid and COD orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

DELIVERY POLICY

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery at the designated address.
Tabassum will not be liable for additional costs incurred if the product is moved or forwarded to another location after delivery, including but not limited to shipping fees for returns or exchanges from that location.

All international orders are shipped using tracked delivery services that provide electronic or photographic proof of delivery.
Please note that our couriers do not usually obtain a physical signature upon delivery. Instead, they may provide a photo of the parcel at the delivery address or GPS/scan confirmation as proof that the order has been delivered.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the courier and proof of delivery (photo or scan) is available, the order is considered successfully fulfilled and received. At that point, risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the customer.
Tabassum cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Tabassum is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable or address issues, the courier may hold the parcel for pickup or return it to us. Additional fees may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Any discrepancies with a delivery or received products must be reported within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time.
After this period, we will be unable to open an investigation or issue replacements/refunds, as delivery confirmation serves as final proof of fulfillment.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Customs duties and taxes are government charges applied to goods imported across international borders. These fees are determined by each country’s customs authority and may vary by product type, value, and destination.

All international shipments from Tabassum must clear customs in the destination country. Clearance requirements depend on:

  • The country of origin
  • The declared value and shipping cost
  • The type and quantity of goods

Our courier partners are required to comply with local customs regulations. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees to release the shipment.

In some cases, Tabassum may prepay customs duties and taxes before dispatch. When this applies, it will be clearly stated at checkout or in your order confirmation, and no additional customs charges will be required upon delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Customs decisions, charges, and clearance times are controlled solely by the destination country’s customs department.
  • If a shipment is held by customs, the customer must complete the necessary formalities and pay any applicable fees to release it.
  • Once a parcel reaches customs in the destination country, it is considered successfully dispatched from our end, and cancellations or refunds cannot be processed while it remains in customs.
  • If a customer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned, Tabassum will deduct the following from any eligible refund:
    1. Original shipping cost

    2. Return shipping charges

    3. Any duties or taxes incurred by Tabassum upon return

 

  • Parcels marked abandoned or destroyed due to non-payment or lack of response are not eligible for refunds.
